“Covid‐19″だけでなく積極的な体調管理に!!-厚生労働省認証済”パルスオキシメーター”(酸素飽和度測定器)-GLOX社製【YX301】がお薦め!!
"Covid‐19"で
何かと話題になった、
酸素飽和度(さんそほうわど)=
通称"SpO2"と略されることが多い
測定器具である"パルスオキシメーター"を
今後の体調の自己管理の為に導入しました。
折角なので良品(高度管理医療機器)である
GLOX社製の【YX301】の導入です。
パルスオキシメーターの測定の原理ですが、
酸素と結合した酸化ヘモグロビン(HbO2)は
赤外光(波長940nm)を吸収し、
酸素を失った還元ヘモグロビン(Hb)は
赤色光(波長660nm)をよく吸収するという特性の違いを利用し、
2つのヘモグロビンの比率を求めて酸素飽和度を測定しているそうです。
しかしその事実はあくまで
皮膚を通して(経皮的に)調べた値であり、
仮に正常値であっても、
SpO2値の解釈には注意が必須で
専門家の判断に委ねられます。
実はこの測定器具、
体温計や血圧計や心電計などの医療機器は
すべてヨーロッパで発明されてきましたが、
発明者は日本の医療工学者であった
"青柳卓雄"（あおやぎたくお)氏です。
なんと！1974年に発明されたそうです。
早速体調の優れない時に
計測してみると、
明らかに異常な数値!!
壊れているの？！
まさか"Covid‐19"？!
何度計測しても異常値なので、家族にも
計測させると正常な値を示します。
一般的にSpO2は96～99%が標準値とされ、
安静時では95%以上とされているにも関わらず、
私の場合は92%や93%を示していました！疲労が
重なり幾ら飲酒をしている最中の計測とはいえ、
さすがに焦りました。
その理由は、
かなり後日になってから分かりました。
内科の主治医に胃カメラ検査の後に
"パルスオキシメーターの謎"を私から質問すると、
笑われて答えて下さいました。
私の"指の填め方"(測定の仕方）が
間違っていただけでした！
痛覚を全く伴わない測定器具ではありますが、
"爪が汚れていたり"(ネイルアートをしている方もダメ）、
しっかりフィッティングさせないと、
異常な値を示すのだそうです。
あとはいい加減な"おもちゃ"も
たくさんあるそうです。
ドクターの机にあった
別メーカーの"パルスオキシメーター"
で"先生"が測定すると
99%という値が示されました。
それからは、
いつも平常な値を
示してくれています。
プライベートとなると、
ついついぶっ倒れるまで
動いてしまう事が多い中、
体力の衰えや体調管理に
今後も使用してゆこうと
考えている器具です。
(例えば激しい運動による
休息のタイミング等を計測するにも
適しているかもしれません)
本機は縦・横、縦横無尽に
測定可能です。
まだ使用してから
の期間の日は浅いですが、
数多い"パルスオキシメーター"の中、
GLOX社製の【YX301】はお勧めです。
"Pulse oximeter" that was the gage often abbreviated, the alias oxygen saturation "SpO2" that had gotten into the news variously by "Covid‐19" was introduced for the self management of the physical condition in the future.
Well then, it is 【YX301】 made by the GLOX company of the non-defective unit (advanced managed care equipment) it.
Oxygen and coupling oxyhemoglobin (HbO2) seem to absorb infrared light (the wavelength 940 nm) though it is a principle of the measurement of the pulse oximeter, and to measure the oxygen saturation by using the difference of the characteristic of often absorbing the red light (the wavelength 660 nm) by reduced hemoglobin (Hb) that lost oxygen for the ratio of two Tsuno haemoglobins.
However, care is indispensably entrusted to the specialist's judgment in the construction of SpO binary even if the fact is a value examined to the end through the skin (To the percutaneous), and the normal value.
The inventor is "Takuo Aoyagi" who was the medical treatment engineer in Japan though all these gages, clinical thermometers, and the medical equipments such as the hemodynamometer and electrocardiographs have been actually invented in Europe
It seemed to have been invented very much in 1974.

it when physical condition is not immediately excellent value.

Did "Covid‐19" contract a disease surely?
When the family is made to measure it because it is a outlier no matter how it measures it, too a normal value is indicated.
Generally, 92% and 93% were shown for me though SpO2 was assumed that 96-99% was a standard value, and it was assumed 95% or more at the rest.
It was indeed in a hurry even though it measured while the weariness came in succession and it drank very much.
As for the reason, it has understood after it becomes considerably later.
It answered while laughing that it questioned the attending physician of the internal medicine department from me on "Mystery of the pulse oximeter" after the gastrocamera "Test".
"How to put the finger" was wrong.
It seems to indicate "The nail is dirty" (It is not better to do the manicure either) and a value abnormal if the fitting is not firmly done though it is a gage that doesn't accompany the algesthesia at all.
There seems to be negligent "Toy" a lot, too.
When "Dr." measured it by "Pulse oximeter" of another manufacturer on doctor's desk, the value of 99% was indicated.
A normal value is always indicated and it exists from it.
It is an appliance thought to be use in the future to the decline and the health management of the inside and physical fitness with a lot of things that move until inadvertently inadvertently plotzing as for private.
(For instance, it might be suitable also for measuring the timing etc. of the rest by the vigorous exercise. )

【YX301】 made by the GLOX company is recommended though it is shallow on the day after it still uses it of the period in a lot of "Pulse oximeter" that is.
