まだまだ”現役”?!-実務に耐えられる?!- “LGA1155″ソケットのマザーボード!!-第3世代のインテルで執筆し続ける!!-自作PCの修理!!-ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77の導入!!
お元気でしょうか？
本当にお久しぶりです。
10年以上稼働していた自作PCが
2台も壊れてしまい、
8月の会社のお盆休みから最近まで
かなりの日数を費やしてなんとか
復旧いたしました。
原因は
2台ともマザーボードの"突然死"でした。
(その"結論"にたどり着くまでに、
私は何度もCPUにサーマルグリスを塗布し直す
羽目に陥りました!)
一つ目の
M/Bである
ASUS社のP8Z77-Vは物理メモリソケット
周りのエラーでおそらく周囲の
コンデンサーの寿命と思われますが、
外観上では全く確認の取れないものでした。
もう一台のP8Z77-V PROのCPUソケット部の
pinの折れによる不具合でした。
これもPCを
駆動するためには致命的なダメージで
個人的に修理するにはCPUソケット部の
換装等を行う手段を選ぶことがありますが、
D.I.Y.("Do it yourself")において
最難関の部類の相当すると思われます。
ヒートガン並びに
温度センサーやマイクロスコープ等、
多くの専用ツールが必須で尚且つ、何よりも
根気と優れた細かい手作業を得意とする
者でないと成功は難しいものです。
そうした結論に行き着くまでにも、
PC電源の不良を探ったりする必要性があり、
結局はすべてのパーツを分離し、潔く
中古のマザーボードを手に入れました。
同じスペックのPCを複数台使用するのは
今回の故障から止め、1台にまとめました。
ミドルタワーケースに収納することだった。
今回ゼロから組み上げたマザーボードは
ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77というものです。
今回はフルタワーケースに収納されていた
11台のHDをミドルタワーケース(CORSAIR社製)に格納。
尚且つ1200Wの電源→650W相当の電源に
グレードを落とす為、
グラフィックカードは未装着で
計画を立てました。
選択したASUS SABERTOOTH Z77は
HDMI端子とdisplayポートがあったので
運用が可能でした。
このマザーボードも大変古いもの
(Intel LGA1155ソケット)ですが、
導入して良かったと最近強く感じています。
見た目もとても変わっており、
堅牢でヘビー‐デューティー（heavy-duty）
に特化した製品でコンデンサー類も
米国国防省軍用品基準準拠の高耐性部品のものを使用して
いたりと従来使用していた当時のハイエンドのマザーボードよりも
長く愛用出来そうです。
裏面から7.8本のPlusネジを外すことによって分離できる。
1番ユニークなのはマザーボード表面の熱を効果的に冷却する為に
殆どの部分を樹脂で覆ってしまっていることです！
別に小型ファンで樹脂内部に風を送り、
M/Bの表面熱温度を
下げてしまうという仕様になっています。
私が手に入れた中古のASUS SABERTOOTH Z77は
部品の欠品が多く、35㎜のファンも外国から
取り寄せました。
PCIソケット部の殆ども付属の樹脂製パーツで
"密封"する仕様のM/Bでしたが、生憎欠品も
多かったので"アセテートテープ"で徹底的に
使用しない穴を塞ぎました。
ここでも"落とし穴が"！
四隅のファンを固定する穴の直径が
ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77の3M(3㎜）と合致しません！
仕方がないので、電動ドリルで穴を開けたところ、
トラブル発生！！
3極の"パルス出力"の細いケーブルがちぎれてしまった！
運良く、半田付けをし、
無事、直ったか？！・・
(なんと！中国土から取り寄せた
35㎜のファンのラベルを剥がすと、
完全に"人による"(手作業)の半田付けが
なされていた！！パルスの接点箇所を探して運良く半田付け終了)
結論としてM3の25㎜の長さが最も適当であった。
PCのトラブルは苦手です。
けれども、
開発等には疎い私ですが、
専門ややはり不器用でも
ハードウェア系なのだと思いました。
動画編集やゲームには不向きな
古い自作PCですが、WEB記事の
執筆や写真の編集等にはストレスなく
快適に利用出来ています。
PCのブートドライブを
SSD化すれば現役で活躍できます！
樹脂製のケースを購入しPCケース内部に"ひっそり"とおいた。
また、SNS投稿や自分のWEBサイト記事を書く意欲が沸いてきました！
懐古主義者なのかもしれません。自分でも少し変わっていると思っています。

It is really after a long time.
As many as two making PC by oneself that had been operating from the recess

P8Z77-V of the ASUS Co. that was
the first M/B was not able to take the confirmation on appearance perhaps
at all because of the error around the physical memory socket though
it seemed the longevity of a surrounding capacitor.
It was trouble by breaking of pin of CPU socket of another P8Z77-V PRO.
It seems that it corresponds about the class of the obstacle in
“Do it yourself"though the means to do the Replacement etc.
of CPU socket might be chosen to repair personally
so that this may also drive PC by fatal damage.
If a heat gun, a temperature sensor, a microscope, etc.
and a lot of special tools are indispensable
and still not skillful in above all in perseverance
and hand work that excels and is detailed of the person, the success is difficult.
There will be a necessity for searched for the defect
in the PC power supply by becoming such a conclusion,
and all parts were separated after all, and the mother board
in the Middle Ages was obtained bravely.
It stopped from this breakdown,
and it was brought together to use plural PC of the same specs in one.
The mother board assembled with ZERO is the one named ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 this time.
It is felt that it is strong recently when you may introduce
it though this mother board is very old (Intel LGA1155 socket).
The graphics card scheduled it in the uninstallation
to store 11 HD stored in the full tower case in the middle tower case and
to drop the grade to the power supply in considerable power supply→650W of 1200W this time.
Co's selected ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 had the terminal HDMI and the display port,
it was possible to operate it.
Externals have changed very much, too and it is possible to patronize
it longer than the mother board of at that time at the time of use the one of high resistant parts
in accordance with the United States Department of Defense munition standard
by capacitors by the product that specializes in heavy-duty in solidity
and used it arriving and conventionally high-end.
The first unique is to cover most parts with the resin
to cool heat on the surface of the mother board effectively.
It is separately a specification of sending the wind in the resin with a small fan,
and lowering the surface heat temperature of M/B.
ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 in the Middle Ages that I had obtained were
a lot of stockouts of parts, and obtained the fan of 35㎜ from the foreign country.
Unfortunately, the hole not thoroughly used by "Acetate tape" was closed because there were a lot of stockouts,
too though it was M/B of the specification to which most
of the PCI socket also did "Sealed up" with parts made of the resin of the attachment.
It's "Pitfall" also here!!
The diameter of the hole that fixes the fan
in four corners doesn't agree with 3M (3㎜) of ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77.
It occurs the trouble when puncturing it in an electric drill because there is no other way.
The cable that "Pulse output" in three poles is thin is torn off.
Fortunately, do it solder, and it safely repaired..?!!
In the trouble of PC, it is not good.
However, I thought that it was a specialty and a hardware system even if still clumsy in development etc.
though it was me ignorant.
Use is made comfortably in writing the WEB article and the edit of the photograph, etc.
though it is unsuitable, old making PC by oneself
in the movie edit and the game without the stress.
If the boot drive of PC is made SSD,
it's possible to take an active part in the active service!
Moreover, the desire to write
the SNS contribution
and my WEB site article has boiled.
No do be known whether it is an ideologist of yearning for the old days either.
Even I think that I have changed a little.
