まるで小学生に心が戻れるようなそんな可愛らしいフォルム！！
商品の化粧箱を開梱してゆく過程で
パッケージの中の黒い重厚な保護スポンジを外していくと
徐々にパーツが現れていく仕掛けは、こんな私でも
久しぶりに"ワクワクする楽しい体験"でした。
可愛いキッズ用のガイドブックの手順に従って、
バッテリー、スピーカー、
ケース、キーボードを接続するだけで、
Windowsのタブレットを完成させることができます。
最後に電源が入っていること(通電)を確認すれば、
組み立ては完了します。
本体とキーボードカバーを着脱できるタイプ="2in1"で、
本体背面は内部構造がわかるようアクリル樹脂製の
"スケルトン"=※(後述)透明な仕様になっています。
PCが起動すると筐体内部ではかなり赤や緑や青の光彩の強いLedが
点灯し続けますのでぼんやり見ていると幻想的というか
なんだかこの子が本当に"生き物"のように感じたりします！W。
強烈にカラフルでポップなデザインはオトナの筈の私?!にも
購買意欲を強く訴求するものでした。
個人でWEBサイトを運営するようになってから
ずっと"モバイルPC"は欲しいアイテムのひとつでした。
けれども"乱暴な私"にとってはいつも
壊してしまうことが心配なので
探していたものは低スペックで低価格なもの。
可能ならば"2in1"(タブレットとラップトップの
両方の機能を備えたポータブルコンピューター)のタイプでした。
モバイルPCの使用目的ははっきと決まっていて
サイトの記事で扱う文章の校正と
大量に撮影された画像の編集と選別でした。
あくまでプライベートでの使用なので、
あまりビジネス的な無機質なハードウェア端末ではないものが
欲しかった!!(理想は"MacBook"でしたが完全に予算オーバーでしたし
オーバースペック!)
低価格で"可愛い"モバイルPCをついに発見！!したのは
一昨年に日本に上陸したばかりの"Kano PC"でした!!。
私にとってはオンラインゲームは殆どしないので、
ニーズに殆ど完璧にマッチングしたものでした。
ちなみに"Kano PC"の""Kano"とは
日本の柔道家・教育者であった"JIGORO KANOU"(嘉納治五郎）
の"KANOU"から引用した"ネーミング"だそうです。
たまたま私が使用している自作パソコンの
フルタワーケース(Antec TWELVEHUNDRED)の日本販売元であった
"リンクスインターナショナル"が英国の"Kano Computing"と
国内総代理店契約を締結。
同社は教育用"2in1" PCである
"Kano PC"の日本での発売を発表しました。
当時の市場価格は4万3780円で自分にとってはまだまだ高かったW。
私にとってどうしても
欲しいアイテムでしたが
暫くの間は購入を我慢し続けていました。
2022年3月。
ついにオープン価格は日本発売の頃の
半分以下の値段となり、
ようやく手に入れました!!!
※この"Kano PC"の背面の"アクリル製の透明カバー"は
一度はめ込むと本当に簡単に外れません。
樹脂同士のノッチ部が割れてしまうのではと心配するほど堅いのです。
内部ケーブルの差しが甘かったり
拡張micro SDカード用のスロットにアクセスするためには
この透明カバーを開ける必要が生じるのですが、
果たして大丈夫なのだろうかと不安になる程に堅牢なのです。
児童用の組み立てマニュアル以外には保護者用(大人)のマニュアルは一切ありません。
実際、sdカードを装着する為にこのカバーの脱着を行った結論としては
""力一杯に開ける""ですW。
※"GIGAスクール構想"とは？
文部科学省では現在、義務教育を受ける児童生徒に
たいして1人1台の学習用PCとネットワーク環境を整備する"GIGAスクール構想"を計画中。
学習用PCの導入は2023年度までに実現する計画で、
1台あたり最大4.5万円の補助金が支給されることになっている。
以下は興味のある方のために
スペックや使用上でのご注意を記して〆させて頂きます。

OSは"Windows 10 Pro"で日本語対応。
プロセッサーはIntel Celeron N4000、
物理メモリは4GB（DDR3L）。
ストレージに64GB(eMMC)=Generic SLD64G)を標準搭載。
低価格を実現するために
"Kano PC"の割り切ったスペックには"潔さ"を感じます。
つまり、
高度な処理性能を
"この子に要求するのは可哀想"=無理です。
しかしながら、
ウェブブラウジングやテキスト入力、
ユーチューブなどの動画視聴は十分に可能なスペックといえそうです。
記憶容量は"microSD"カードによりアップグレード(増量)が可能。
(ほかの記者のWEB上でのレビューには掲載されていませんでしたが
"128GB"までは認識を確認しました)
但し、高速な最新のExtreme microSDXCを認識できるかは未検証です。
ディスプレイはタッチ可能の
11.6型HD液晶(1366×768ドット=135ppi）。
このスペックは他の平均的なノートパソコンと比較して
解像度はかなり低いと思います。
しかし、耐久性能は他製品を寄せ付けない程に優れています。
(1mの高さからの落下試験やディスプレイの500gの硬球衝突テストに合格)
映画鑑賞やゲームには不向きだと思われますが、
全く出来ないということではありません。
（外部接続用のHDMI端子があるので外部の液晶ディスプレイに接続することは可能です）
尚"デジタルスタイラス"には対応していません。
通信機能はIEEE802.11b/g/n（2.4GHz/5GHz）、
Bluetooth 5.0に対応。
外部インターフェースは充電用USB Type-C×1、
USB Type-A×2(上部が"両挿し仕様"で下部が"通常")
のケーブルも登場しました。、HDMI×1、
3.5mmヘッドフォンジャック×1を装備。
内部にmicroSDメモリーカードスロット×1、
3.5mmスピーカーレベルジャック×1、
電源端子×1(USB Type-C)が用意されている。
音声入力用のマイクは背面右上に実装。
モバイルにとっての肝心なサイズや重量は、
本体のみで外寸は287×189×31mmで重さが1217g。
キーボードカバー込みで外寸287×193×39mmで1736g。
薄型のタブレットに慣れているひとにとっては、
とても分厚くて小型・軽量とは言えず
"重量級"の"モバイルPC"です。
しかし"巣ごもり"の"コロナ禍"が続く自宅のみでの
使用やプロフェッショナルの開発エンジニアの
気分転換用の？サブ機として、
私のように自動車内での使用を前提とした場合や、
組み立て自作タイプのアーキテクチャ=構造を考慮すれば
十分に納得できるレベルです。

There is no manual for the guardian (adult) except the assembly manual for children at all.
