後日談でありいささか大袈裟な話ですが、
2022年3月2日に人生で七度目となる大腸内視鏡検査を
無事に終えました。

内視鏡検査を経験なさった
方ならばご理解できるかと
思われますが"胃カメラ"と
違って大腸の内視鏡検査は
患者自身の"前処置"が必須課題です。

これが現在の私にとっても本当に厳しい。
それから検査も。
(但し、私の場合の内視鏡の検査に
おいては世界的な権威のDr.にて
"水"="浸水式"内視鏡という方法で患者に極限まで
負担の軽減を行われています)

私は過去10数年の期間に
今回を含めるとなんと7回目です!。

この回数は"ベテラン"の領域の筈ですが、
予想出来ないことも実は多いのです。

今回もDr.を困らせてしまったことは
"前処置"が上手くなかったことです。

"前処置"とは下剤を使用して腸内の
不純物を可能な限り除去しておく必要が
ある訳ですが、思っていたより上手くゆきませんでした。

"前処置"の大事さは、
"ポリープ"の発見や腸壁の状態の"見落とし"="リスク"を避ける
ためには極めて最重要な課題です。

内視鏡検査はおおむねDr.の肉眼に依る
検査となります。

余計な不純物が存在するとそれを"除去"する作業の手間が
増えることにより検査時間も延びます。
患者は私自身だけではありません。
(有名なDr.の場合、正に"行列"が生じる程に
"内視鏡"予約がタイトな状態です。)

"前処理"が曖昧であると患者の負担も増大します。

折角の検査ですから腸内は可能な限り"綺麗"にしておく
必要があるのです。
その処理とは基本的には患者本人の
処理となります。

前日の3月1日は仕事もありましたが、
勤務先でも"内視鏡検査食"を使用し
無駄な食事は一切していません。
(因みに"検査食"はいつもリピートしている商品です）

3月2日の当日の朝は午前5時台に起床し、
私にとっては"試練"とも呼べる"下剤と水"との"いつもの闘い"です。

"下剤"は2リットルを約2時間で飲み干します。

その間に水は500ミリリットルを2回に分け飲み続けます。

こうした"作業"は人生で7回行ってきましたが、
こうした"処理”が苦手でいつも苦痛を伴います。

但し7回も行ってきていると"慣れ"はあるので
要領は得ているとは思います。

いざ検査となり、
今回は何故か"前処理"(つまり下剤や検査食を用いて腸内を"空"にする作業)が芳しくなかったのです。

その理由はわかりません。
なぜ今回は"前処置"が上手くゆかなかったのか。

腸内の状態は体調不良(消化不良)、
つまりは"腸内フローラ"="腸内環境"に依存する可能性はあると個人的には思っています。

それは患者にとって同じ条件で行っても処理が
"とても上手くゆく場合"と"駄目な場合"が過去には何度もあったためです。

元々私の大腸は奇形で俗に有名な"S"字結腸部位は
骨盤部を蛇行(報告書の画像の通り)、
さらに骨盤の底部に下落してしまっています。

私の"疾患"は40歳半ばまではなんともなかったのですが、
ある日を境に突然、"IBS症候群"という症状が勃発し一時は
"QOL"の著しい低下が生じてしまいました。

そうした原因で様々な厳しい体調不良が生じてきましたが、
現在はとても"寛解"しています。

現在は世界的権威のきわめて
優秀なDr.と出会い適切な治療を受けて
症状は緩和されましたが、現在でも
一般人と比較すれば、トイレに行く回数は数倍、
マッサージや薬物療法にて痛みや便秘の緩和など、
日頃から意識しなくてはならない要因はたくさんあります。

身体での内蔵のポリープでは
"大腸"の場合1.5㎝を超えると急激に"ガン"化することが
統計上分かっています。

"血便"が暫くの間出ている状態が持続していたり、
腸の不調が続くようでしたら、
"絶対"に"内視鏡検査"を行ってくださいね！

私の場合はこうした、検査によって"今"が存在します。

数年前の1.5㎝クラスのポリープを検査せずに長年放置していたら、
取り返しのつかないことになっていたでしょう。

現在こうして生きてはいなかったかもしれません。

シリアスな内容となりましたが、
皆さんの健康を心から願っています。

When I include this time for the period of ten-odd years in the past, I am very the seventh.
There are being not able actually a lot of to expect this frequency though must the area of "Old-timer".
It is Dr this time . It was not good at "Preprocessing"
to have made them embarrass it.
It did not go better than it thought though "Preprocessing" was a translation
to which intestines internal impurities had to be removed by using the purgative as much as possible.

It is the extremely most important problem to avoid "Risk"="Oversight"
in the state of the discovery and the intestinal wall of important Sawa of "Preprocessing" and "Polypus".

The endoscopy becomes a “test" depending on the naked eye ..drinking..
The test time extends, too, because the time of work to do
it in "Removal" increases when extra impurities exist.
The patient is not only me.
Famous..drink..time..exactly..procession..cause..endoscope..reservation..tight..state.
The patient's load increases, too, when "Pretreatment" is vague.
Because it is a “test" of the case corner,
it's necessary to make it to "Beauty" as much as possible in intestines.
It basically becomes processing of the patient himself with the processing.
A useless meal is not done in the office at all on March 1 the day before by using
"Endoscopy food" though there was work, too either.
(By the way"Diet for examination" is a commodity that always does the repetition. )
Morning of that day, March 2 gets up, and is "Usual fight" with
"Purgative and water" that can be called "Trial" for me in stand at 5:00AM

"Purgative" will drink up two liters in about two hours.
Water keeps drinking 500ml between those ,divided into two portions.
Such "Processing" always accompanies the pain well though such
"Work" has gone seven times by the life.
However, I think that I obtain points because there is
"Experience" when having gone as many as seven times.
Now, and it became test, and the purgative and the diet for examination were used in a word why
and empty "Made work " was not "Pretreatment" (fragrant in intestines this time).

The reason is not understood.
Wasn't "Preprocessing" good and Yuka this time why?
As for the state of intestines internal, it personally thinks bad health (maldigestion)
for the possibility of depending on "Intestines internal environment "Flora in intestines"to exist in a word.

It processes because there were "Go very well"
and "It's useless" many times in the past even if it goes on the same condition for the patient.

As for my large intestine, a commonly famous because of vitium
"S" character colon part meanders originally in the pelvic part of ureter (As shown in the image of the report),
and has fallen on the bottom of the pelvis.
(The scanning image of my large intestine is published though it is shameful. )
The symptom "Irritable bowel syndrome syndrome" breaks out suddenly on the boundary
of a certain day and a remarkable decrease in "QOL" has been caused temporarily though there was indescribably no
"Trouble" of me partly 40 years old.
"Remission" is being very done now though various,
severe bad health has been caused in such a cause.
The frequency that borrows the porcelain is several times,
and has a lot of factors such as moderate of the soreness and the obstipation that should always be considered in the massage and the chemotherapy
if it still compares it with the general person now though meets, receives the proper treatment,
and was alleviated the symptom as Dr that the world authority is extremely excellent.
