“IRONMAN CLUB”(鉄人倶楽部)!!の”ヨガボール”(バランスボール)-直径65cm!!-“IMC-81″を購入してから10年目に初めて空気を入れて使用してみた!!
世界的な美しい"ヨガ"の達人の女性が
外科手術で自分自身の"舌"を切るのを"あなた"は
ご存じでしょうか？
つまり味覚を犠牲にしてまでも、

なんと!・・10年前に購入した"ヨガボール"(バランスボール)!!
一度も開封すらしていないものが見つかりました!！
"衝動買い"もいいところです。
既に化粧箱は色あせており
中身の状態はおそらくポリ塩化ビニルや
ポリプロピレン素材(熱可塑性樹脂)である為に
使用される充てん剤など多くの添加剤の
劣化で成形が固化してもはや使い物にならないか・・
もしくは風船の素材が癒着して
空気を入れても膨らまない筈だと
確信していました。
が・・
な・・なんと！！
パンクも一切せず10年目にして
全く問題なく使用出来ているというお話になります！！
この"IRONMAN CLUB"(鉄人倶楽部)とかいう
販売元から発売されているバランスボール、
改めてWEBで調べてみたところ、
凄いロングセラー！!
商品も非常に低価格。
私のものは"グレー"でしたが
カラフルな色もあり、
大きさも何種類かあります。
私のは直径65センチ。
このボール、実はオリンピック選手を含めたトップアスリート達が
地味に愛用している優れたアイテムであることをご存じでしょうか？
また、
格闘家とバランスボールはイメージがあまりにも
合わないかも知れませんが、フルコンタクトの
格闘家の場合、この"ヨガボール"(バランスボール)
の上に"膝立ち"した状態で高いバランス感覚を養成
している方もいます。
バランスボールは事故や怪我が実に非常に少ないのです。
"病み上がり"のひとや
"有酸素運動"がダメなひとでも、
体幹を鍛えたりインナーマッスルを
怪我なくエクササイズすることができます。
例えばバランスボールに
座ったままデスクワークをしたり、
無線端末でWEBに接続したり・・。
そういうことが
出来る運動器具というのは実は、
大変少ないものです。
老若男女、人種問わずこのボールは
誰でも活用出来、遊んだりしながら？
色々なことが出来るような気がします。
あとは部屋に転がしておく・・。
