ようやく猛烈な咳が減ってきて、
昨夜から少し睡眠がとれるようになりました！

一時は"咳止めの訓練"??
なんかも行っていましたが、
この愚かな行為はダメでしたw！

我慢し続けていると
猛烈に後で咳き込んだりする始末でした！
病院行く以外は未だに全く外出しておりません！

なにせ世界は"咳エチケット"のご時世です。
咳が酷いひとは外出ができなくなってしまってます。

ひどい咳の状態では、
社会に出るとほんとまずい状況ですね。

これは"軟禁状態"というべきか、
1/30日の土曜日から自宅療養を余儀なくしております。

スーパーもコンビニにも行けません。
電車にもバスにも乗れませんし、
タクシーも乗車拒否にあってもおかしくありません！

結局今回は主治医が横浜のクリニックであまりにも遠すぎて、
近所のDr.にお世話になりました！

病院まではクルマで自走でした。
そういう時は、クルマって便利ですね！

運がよく、昨日採血したWBC(白血球)の値が至って正常値に戻り、
炎症が下がり、ようやく"激しい咳込み"が少しずつ収まってきました！

Dr.が処方してくださった抗生物質が見事に効いた様子です。

知らなかったのですが、最初に採血した際も他の肺炎の検査もなさって
くれていました！陰性でした。

それにしても、
確立した有効な治療法と予防法のない指定感染症となったCOVID-19(コロナウィルス）ですが、
今回私のあまりにもの"酷い咳の症状"と"倦怠感"は”まさか？！"と感じさせるものでした！
1番の理由は喫煙者なら誰でも経験し覚えのある、
特有の気管支炎の症状とは全く異なっていたのです。
乾いた咳が重くなってしまった様な感じ？といったらよいのでしょうか。

私は医療従事者でも専門家でもないので
詳しくありませんが、今年になってからのPCR検査と
血液検査を受けた患者のひとりとして感じたことは、
現在の日本(神奈川県下）での実際の臨床(診察)では
患者の明白な"曝露歴がない場合"はまずはインフルエンザ肺炎やこの私の場合のように
国内でも流行している"マイコプラズマ"などの非定型肺炎を鑑別してから
Dr.が経験的な判断と検査や投薬の処方をされているということです。

"いずれも効果が乏しくて診断がつかない場合"だけに
咽頭や気道絡みの分泌物のつまり唾液摂取によるPCR検査を行うというのが
2021年の2月の現在の"国内の医療状況"に見受けられます。

今日のように国内でもワースト2.3位を争う
神奈川県下においてはすでにコロナ感染症が蔓延している訳で，
こうなると無症状はもちろん軽症者のウイルスPCR検査すら
もはや行うべきでないのでは？という意見もある様子です。

その理由はウイルスPCR検査の診断精度自体がそれほど高くないのが主な理由で，
検査陰性になっても"コロナ疾患を否定できないケース"が生じているばかりか，
検査陰性の患者が結局集まることで感染防御そのものがおろそかになるリスク，
つまりは検査をすることでかえって感染が拡大するリスク，
患者のPCRを行っている医療所への一極集中による医療従事者達の疲弊悪化，
一定数は間違いなく生じてくる偽陽性患者に対する対応など、さらに長期化して
検査コスト公費負担の国予算の問題などデメリットが巨大化してきているのが現状な様子です。

今年の1月の初頭でも同医院で私は"PCR検査"して頂きましたが、
今回の様に"猛烈な咳と倦怠感"の症状があっても、PCR検査を受けなかった理由は
つまりWBC(白血球数）の低値とCRPの上昇が"コロナには顕著な特徴"があるため、のようです。
(白血球数は90%が正常から低下し、リンパ球数は35%で低下し、CRPの多くは5mg/L程度上昇するのが特徴）

皆さんはお元気でしょうか？私は少々、体調がすぐれません。先日は"濃厚接触"の可能性があって、かつ体調もすぐれなかったので自主的に"PCR"検査をしたばかりです。その際は、マイナス(陰性)となりひとまずはひと安心でした。けれども、先週の1月29日の金曜日ですが、朝起きると私は決まってベランダに出て煙草を吸うのですが、なにやら上気道(気管支）に強い違和感がありました。いつもより倦怠感も強く、それでも会社に行きましたが、悪心というか寒気が強く、早退するべきでしたが、通勤場所があまりにも遠いの...

つまり具合が悪い場合、
初期から白血球数が増加している場合はコロナを含めた
ウィルス感染の可能性が低いとの診断法があるようです。

つまりこの診断法（採血結果）で
Dr.はウィルス性感染は低いとジャッジしてくれたのです。
さらにそれを裏付けるように、抗生物質を投与し昨日の2月3日の午前中には
14400あったWBCの数値が一気に下落し半分以下の6600μL（マイクロリットル）
の平常値に戻りました。コロナは抗生物質は効かない。従って私のひどい咳は
コロナではなく炎症性のひどい気管支炎であったと推測されるのです！

なんて医学ってすばらしいのでしょう。
はやくコロナもやっつけて欲しいですね！！

This has done the recuperation at home through necessity since Saturday of 1/30 whether should say, "House arrest".

It's not possible to go even to the supermarket and the convenience store .
It cannot get on even the train and the bus.
It's not amusing even if the taxi is in the refuse to take their passengers to some out-of-the-way locations, too.
It was too far, and took care of
..... smell this time after all in the place where the physician in charge was a clinic in Yokohama.
Even the hospital was self-propelled in the car.
The car is convenient at such time.

The value of WBC (white blood corpuscle) collected blood yesterday arrives, it returns to a normal value, the inflammation falls,

and, at last, "Have a fit of coughing intensely" has been being installed little by little ..lucky...
Dr . However, the antibiotic that is formulated and done seems to have worked splendidly.
Other pneumonias were examined and it existed when the first collecting blood though it did not know.

However, the one "Symptom of a cruel cough" and "Boredom feeling" were ours feeling,
"Surely" this time too though it was COVID-19 (Coronavirus virus) that became a specified infectious disease without established

effective treatment method and preventive!!
Everyone was experienced, and if it was a smoker, the first reason was, and was quite different from the symptom of peculiar

bronchitis of the remembrance. Do I only have to say feeling that a dry cough becomes heavy?"w

First of all, after discriminating the atypical pneumonia such as
"Mycoplasma" that become popular, patient's clear
"There is no exposure" is Dr also in the country such as the influenzal pneumonias and this us in feeling as one of the patients

who undergo the PCR inspection and the blood test after this year comes in actual clinical in present Japan (Kanagawa prefecture)

So that in a word, there is reason why PCR inspection is not undergone by rise of low value and CRP of WBC (white blood cell count)

even if there is symptom of "Severe cough and worthlessness feeling" this time and is "It is a striking feature in the Coronavirus"

though "PCR inspection" was done in this clinic for me January this year.

(90% decreases from normality to the white blood cell count,
the lymphocyte count decreases by 35%, and it is a feature in many of CRP that about 5mg/L rises. )

The possibility of the virus infection including the Coronavirus seem to be when the white blood cell count increases from the

beginning when it is in a word unwell and there be diagnostics with the low.

It was this diagnostics (collecting blood result) and ,in a word, Dr .
It peeled off and the low and the judge did the virus sexual transmission.

In addition, the antibiotic was administered to prove it,
the value of WBC with 14400 on yesterday morning, February 3 fell at a dash,
and it usually returned to the value about 6600μL (microliter) below the half.

The antibiotic doesn't work to the Coronavirus.
Therefore, it is guessed that my awful cough was not a Coronavirus but an inflammatory, awful bronchitis.

How wonderful the medicine is!
I want you to attack the Coronavirus early.

And, Dr. that looked after me .
