↑先天性風疹症候群で誕生した子供。
既に白内障により目が白く濁っている・・。

この話は主に日本人の男性で
1959年(日本の年号では昭和34年)から
1979年(日本の年号=昭和54年)位迄に誕生した男性の話題になります。

2020年7月現在・・私は，
全世界がまだ決定的な解決策と
撲滅する事が出来ずにいる"コロナウィルス"という見えない敵に人類が集中している最中，
7月8日に"風疹"という別の感染症の予防接種をしました。

周囲を見渡しても予防接種を受けている同世代の"男子"は0人。
なんで注射したのかというと，
医療関係者に依る執拗な？強い"アドバイス”でした。

兎に角"抗体検査"を受けておいた方が良いと言われていました。

私の住む街(市)からは何度も"抗体検査"をしてくれというお誘いの
手紙？が郵送され続けていました。医療費用は全て無料でした。
いつもク－ポン券が入っていました。

しかし，私は何年もずっと無視し続けていたのです。

・・風疹？"三日はしか"か?!※小さいガキがかかる病気じゃねぇのかよ?!・・

そんな風に思っていたのです。
※実は麻疹(はしか)と風疹は全く違います。麻疹(はしか)は、麻しんウイルスによって引き起こされる急性の全身感染症として知られています。
麻疹(はしか)ウイルスの感染経路は、空気感染、飛沫感染、接触感染で、ヒトからヒトへ感染が伝播し、その感染力は非常に強いと言われています。免疫を持っていない人が感染するとほぼ100％発症し、一度感染して発症すると一生免疫が持続すると言われています。一方，
風しんは、風しんウイルスによって引き起こされる急性の風しんウイルスによっておこる急性の発疹性感染症で、風しんへの免疫がない集団において、１人の風しん患者から5～7人にうつす強い感染力を有します。発疹は3-5日程度で消失するため、"3日はしか"とも呼ばれていますが，本来の麻疹と風疹が混同されるのはこの日本語のためだと個人的に思います。

正直，何の知識もなく勝手にこんな時期(コロナ)に，子供の病気の？
病気だか感染症は，自分にとって全く意味のない無意味なものと解釈していました。

ところが実際，分かった事は，
とても"辛辣で深刻でとても大事"な感染症の"予防接種"だったのです。

2020年の本来の年は，
日本で開催される東京オリンピックの年でした。
コロナのおかげで，その"全て"は終わりました。
この事実は，全世界の方々がご周知の通りです。

おそらく，オリンピックの為に海外からたくさんの
外国の方が日本に来られるので，風疹に感染するリスクも
多少は多くなるから，日本の厚生省が抗体検査とワクチンの予防接種を
あくまで"任意"で呼びかけているだけにすぎないのだと判断していました。

しかし，内容と事実はほんとうに全く違っていました。

実際，予防注射を打つ前に，
ドクターからレクチャーして頂いて私が一番深刻に捉えた事実は，
"先天性風疹症候群"というものでした。

私は日本人の男子として，
脳裏に少し"ショック"を受けました。

うら若き女性というと語弊がありますが，
妊娠初期の女性が風疹ウイルスに感染すると、
胎児も風疹ウイルスに感染し、
難聴、心疾患、白内障、精神や身体の発達の遅れ等の症状を
抱えた赤ちゃんが誕生する可能性が高度になり，
これらの病気の総称を"先天性風疹症候群"というのだそうです。

軽症で先天性風疹症候群と診断されていない場合なども含めれば，
もっともっと多くの小さいお子さんが発症していると推測されるのは容易で，事実，大勢の"先天性風疹症候群"の障害を受けた方々が沖縄県にはおられます。

これはまずい・・と思いました。
早く打ってくれよ！(注射を！！)

今から7年前、2013年の日本は風疹の大流行に見舞われた様子です。
このときの大流行では、関東を中心に14000人を超える感染者が出ただけでなく、その結果45名もの先天性風疹症候群が報告されました。

昨年の2019年もすでに3人が先天性風疹症候群と診断されています。
風疹の流行を阻止する最大の課題とは
この先天性風疹症候群を可能な限り減らす為だったのです！！

沖縄県では，多数の"先天性風疹症候群"の新生児が誕生した歴史があったのです！

"オレはおっさんだし関係ない。そもそも風疹って子どもの病気だろ？！"
そう思っていたのは，お恥ずかしながら，この私だったのです。

風疹は子どもの病気というより，
むしろ我々中年男子が率先して予防すべき感染症だったのです！!

私の抗体検査の結果は残念ながら，
HI法測定で"8"=陰性（免疫なし)という評価でした。
携帯の留守番電話に，医療事務の女性の声が入っていました。

日本では任意ですが，迷わず予防接種の予約をしました。

私は医療関係を専門としていないので少々難しいのですが，
風疹抗体価という値があり，風疹の免疫は、主にHI法と呼ばれる方式で測定されるそうです。

抗体数ががたくさんあるならば感染し難いが，
その値が少なければ感染のおそれがあるという指標？だと思います。

HI法の抗体値は8倍、16倍、32倍というように、8の倍数で示唆されてゆきます。
一般的には8倍未満を陰性（免疫なし）と判断されます。
8倍、16倍は免疫が少しあるが不十分という値。
32-128倍は適度な免疫力。
個人的に興味深いのは256倍以上は最近風疹に感染した可能性も否定できない・・と評価されるそうです。

これはおおまかな目安であり検査時に十分な免疫があるとしても、
その生体の免疫が下がっていく場合もあり得るのだそうです。
人間の生体というのは本当に神秘的だなと"風疹"の免疫力を調べただけでも感じましたね。

それから私にとって，
子供の病気というイメージがあった風疹という感染症は、
実は大人がかかるとかなり重症化しやすいという事でした。

この感染症は発疹、発熱、リンパ節の腫れが顕著です。
しかし、子供の場合では比較的軽い場合がほとんどなのです。

まるでコロナにそっくりです。
脳炎や血小板減少性紫斑病などの重い合併症は2000-5000人に1人という統計を読みました。

これに対して成人の大人は発熱や発疹が子供に比べて長期化し、
酷い関節痛が生じる事があるそうです。インフルエンザ・ウィルスと同様，一週間以上の休暇を必要とされる場合が多いそうです。

特効薬はゼロ。
ひたすら栄養と睡眠を"貪って？"辛い時間をやり過ごすしかありません。

子供より大人の方が免疫力が高そうなのに何故なのか？と咄嗟に思いました。

実は人間の免疫システムというのは子供の頃は不完全で、
大人になるにつれて完成してゆくそうです。

実際は病気に対する抵抗力というのは、
子供よりも大人のほうが高いのです。
であるならば，症状も子供より軽く済む筈です。
しかしその"論理"に矛盾が生じてくるのです。

そもそも"症状"というのは、
侵入してきた感染症ウイルスに自分の免疫システムが激しく対抗している"証"です。

ウイルスへの抵抗や攻撃のために放出する物質は
皮膚に発疹を生じさせたり，全身を発熱させたり，
神経を強く刺激して関節などに"わざと"酷い痛みをひき起こすのです。

つまり休養をすぐに取れという，
人間の体内の"緊急事態宣言"の指令です。

抵抗力が子供に比べて高い大人達は、
ウイルスに対してより激しく攻撃をしかけようとします。

その分だけ場合に依っては極めて重い症状が表れてしまうのでしょう。

風疹の場合も，患者の飛まつ（唾液の飛沫）に含まれる風疹ウイルスが
他者の鼻や喉などの粘膜に付着し、そこから体内に侵入して感染します。
潜伏期間=症状が出るまでの期間は、およそ2-3週間=アベレージは16-18日間でした。

コロナと同様に，
万が一自分や身内が感染してしまった場合は他者への感染が気になります。

知っておくべき事は，
症状が出ている期間は勿論，症状が
出ていない期間でも感染力があるという事です。
まるでコロナそっくりです。

風疹の場合，
発疹の出る1週間前から
発疹が出た後1週間程は強く
感染力があると考えられています。コロナと同様，
発疹が出ていない潜伏期間も第三者にうつしてしまうのです。

極めて憂慮する問題点は前に述べた様に”不顕性感染"です。感染しているのに、体に顕著な症状が表れないまま済んでしまう状態の感染者。
風疹の場合15-30％が不顕性とされます。

不顕性感染は周囲への人々への感染をさせる可能性を高度に生じます。
勉強したところ，日本救急医学界においては"不顕性感染の人はしばしば保菌者（キャリア）となり，
病原体を排泄し感染源となる可能性が最も高い"としています。
これもまるでコロナと同じです。

いつの間に知らぬ間に感染していて、
何の症状もないまま，会社で同僚の間に蔓延させてしまったら？どうなるか・・。

感染リスクが最も高いのは、
日本国内の日本人の40歳前後-50歳の男性。

周囲には妊娠・出産を控えている若い女性や、
その家族である人達がいる可能性は常にあります。

風疹のワクチンを打って改めて感じたのですが，
感染症には何か共通性がある。

何処かでコロナを突破できないのか？!！

風疹はコロナと同じ様に，我々にとって辛辣で深刻な
感染症である事も理解しました。

抵抗力が子供に比べて高い大人達は、
ウイルスに対してより激しく攻撃をしかけようとします。
この私がそうでした！

遺伝や体質はあるかと思いますが，
免疫力が強ければ強いほど，
"抗体"が入ると生体に副作用が生じます！

相当辛い思いをしました！

発熱はしませんでしたが，兎に角，眠い。立ったままいつの間に
うとうと寝ている事も屡々。

それと身体の異様な倦怠感（だるさ)ですね。
7月8日（水曜日）に風疹のワクチン注射を打って既に何日も経過しますが，普段の体調とは異質ですｗ。

今後，若い女性と"濃厚接触"する機会の可能性は殆どゼロな私ですが・・ｗ，もしも?!・・の時にうつしては駄目です。

今後・・私は風疹に関しては95%→えん罪となります!ｗ。

いろいろな人たちと接する機会が多いので，
こんな人間は？予防接種を受けて良かったと思っています。

2020年7月14日・・
風疹のワクチン注射を打ってからおよそ1週間。
免疫力が相当高いのか？！副作用が酷かったのですが，
ようやく風疹の抗体が体内に馴染んだ様に感じています。
