この度，私にとって最難関のひとつである，柴田淳さんの「声」というタイトルネームの曲のカバーです。再現において，ギター1本による弾き語りは相当難しく，コードの多くは原曲と違います。
柴田 淳（しばじゅん＝1976年11月19日生）は、日本の女性シンガーソングライターです。私は彼女のビック・ファンです。日本人の女性の魅力を全て兼ね備えているといっても過言ではありません。
彼女の歌は，いつも全身全霊です。
そういえば，日本の女性達はいつの時代も全身全霊でした。
誤解を恐れず言うなら，いつ死んでも構わないという程のひたむきさ，です。
他のアジア諸国の方にも是非，彼女の存在を知って貰いたいのです。

私は男ですし，ナイーブな面が深く演奏してゆくにつれ，分らなくなってしまいます。

柴田さんの音楽は時に，男女の性を超越します。
私はこの曲でタブーを犯します。
柴田さんの曲は，人称が少年（僕）になる事が多々あります。
それも素晴らしい魅力のひとつです。
実は日本語の1人称の多様性は世界の言語のなかでもかなりなものです。それが日本語の難しさであると同時に，繊細ですばらしさであったりします。この曲は中島美嘉（Mika Nakajima)というゴージャス（美しい）女性シンガーに書き下ろされた曲です。中島美嘉は彼女（柴田）を尊敬しています。
残念ながら，中島美嘉の本曲は不首尾（失敗）に終えています。
シンガーである美嘉（Mika)のせいではなく，制作者側のアレンジメントのレベルの低さ，です。
本曲のオリジナルキーはFの＃。
私は男性ですがFからカバーを開始しました。文字通り「声」という曲は
当初，私の声は全く「声」になりませんでした。
5回も歌うと今の自分の表現の限界を超え，全身が小刻みに震えました。体がばらばらになりそうな感覚を受ける事がありました。

FからE，EからDの＃へ・・全身全霊で歌うと，
この曲の難かしさと，深さを改めて痛感しました。
今回のカバーはC#で演奏しています。
私の声や演奏はひび割れていますが，オリジナル曲は，違います。

日本の凄いアーティストをもっと，知って貰いたい。

超えなければならぬ壁のひとつの曲として，本曲がありました。
