この記事は"PCR検査"
即ち"SARS-COV-2PCR"の実態"であり、

【本題】
2021年1月17日の夜。
私は自主的に"PCR検査"を行うことにした。

今回検査を行う理由は
昨年から今日まで平熱温度（自分の場合は35℃台）
より36℃台の日が多く、酷い倦怠感のある日が続いていることが
1番の理由である。(味覚や嗅覚の変化、咳などの症状は今のところ皆無である）

日本では2020年の4月7日に非常事態宣言が政府で発令された。
私も大幅に自身の活動範囲・行動の自主規制を行ってきた。

しかし一般人(このガイドラインが難しい)と客観的に比較してみると、
私は日頃から人との接触回数が極めて多いという点は明らかだった。

平日、仕事のある日は少なくとも50人以上の人との接触（折衝における会話）がある。
休日は"自主規制"はしているが、一日あたり10数カ所の移動と外出がある日があった。
つまりひとりで過ごす時間(自宅にひとりでいること)が極めて乏しいタイプの人間である。

自主的な検査の動機付けとしては、
"愛する者に感染させたくない"
というのが１番の理由だ。

私の場合は家族に実年齢が80歳代というひとが多数いるため、
なんとしても自分が"感染経路"になってはならない。

日本の場合、
80歳代の致死率が非常に高い。

私はこの一年間、友人との"酒の席"を一切ゼロ化し、
カラオケはもとより、飲み屋で飲むことを"皆無"にした。

飲酒は昨年から自宅でひとりで酒を飲む事を励行している。
また、メンバーを含めた音楽活動（練習スタジオなどでの集まり）も完全にゼロ化した。

けれども、私自身に関していえば、いつ何時に
どこかで感染していてもおかしくはない、といえた。

そもそも"濃厚接触"とは何を意味するか？

きちんとした感染予防のガイドラインも
曖昧なのは私の住んでいるこの日本だけに限った
ことではないだろう。

例えば、コロナに感染したヒトとの
"セックス"は明らかに"濃厚接触"となり得るだろう。

これはアジア諸国のみならず昨年から欧州でも
警鐘として提言されている。

では"それこそ強烈に濃厚なセックスまでの関係"では
なくとも、キスやハグや握手はどうであろうか？

やはり、感染"リスク"がゼロとは言い難い。
つまり、場合によっては"それだけ"でも感染するのである。

競技やスポーツの世界はどうであろうか？
自粛が叫ばれるなか、特に格闘技の世界は"濃厚接触"といえると
個人的には思う。ほかの、たとえば球技などはどうであろうか？
試合や練習以外に懸念されるのは私は"更衣室"だと思う。

"エアゾル"内におけるコロナウィルスの残存率は凄い結果がある。
半日くらいは優勢に空気中に残存し続けるのだ。

つまり、建物の中にコロナは何時間も浮遊し続ける。
マスク着用など実際はまるで意味がない。
マスクで防御できるくらいなら環境衛生学的にとっくに"撲滅できている"筈だった。

さらにコロナの脅威は建物の密室だけに限ったことではない。

実際、アウトドア（公園)などでも"濃厚接触"となり、
事実、感染するのである。

たとえ野外でも"喫煙クラスター"も懸念される。

たばこを吸い込む"作業"の必要性のある場所、
つまり喫煙場所での感染である。

1月18日に、九死に一生を得て帰還した、
コロナウィルスになり、療養を終えた者と久しぶりに会話した。

"彼"の感染経路は、野外であった。
公園で仲間と酒を飲んでいて
なんと！その場にいた全員が感染してしまったのである。

どこかの建物内の密室での"集会"ではなかった。

さて昨夜、実際行ったPCR検査について述べさせて頂く。

結論として"痛くも痒くもない検査"であった。

もっと製薬会社などが製作した検査キットがあるのかと
思ったが、私の依頼したクリニックでのアイテムは、
見ての通りいたってシンプルなものだった。

青い手袋と、樹脂製の透明のビーカー（唾液を採取する本体）と、
採取し易くするために小さいじょうご(漏斗=ろうと、英: funnel)
が同封されていた。その他は消毒液が浸された使い捨ての"おしぼり"
があった。

想像とは違い、唾液摂取はやや面倒だった。

およそ採取する数十分以前は飲食・うがいを行っていない状況下で
唾液摂取を行うのがセオリーである。
ビーカーには"指定のライン線"が黒いマジックで示されていた。

摂取時間の規定は特にない。

私の場合、唾液採取の所用時間はおそらく20分前後であった。

"採取後"に私は医療者の"2次感染"予防のために念入りに
ビーカーをエタノールで洗浄した。

ビーカーの蓋にも番号が記名されていたが、
エタノールでの容器の洗浄のためにインクが落ちてしまった。
改めて"23"と書き直した。

私は高熱や酷い体調不良でもないので、
"唾液"の摂取中は意識も明瞭だし、
滞りなく行えたが、もしこの検査方法が重症な
状態であったらば患者にとってそれなりに骨の折れる作業になると感じた。

採取された"唾液"は検査所へ送付される。
その際に"検査会社の職員"が各病院のクリニックに来て、
専用のケースに入れ検査所へ搬送する。

"患者"としての最終的な袋(ケース)は最終的な
"ジプロック"の収納袋であった。

出来るだけ小さく丸めて、輪ゴムで閉じた。

2021年1月現在での日本の本州、関東地方（神奈川県）では
結果は検査所へ搬送された日の翌日の夜に、担当病院へFAXで
陰・陽性結果が送信される筈だ。

この記事の場合は
1月19日に病院クリニックから採取された唾液は少なくとも
20日にはPCR検査されその結果は同日の夜にクリニックへFAXされる。

1月19日夜。

この記事を書いている最中に
ドクターから電報(メール）が届いた。

今回における新型コロナウィルスにおけるPCR検査の結果は・・
マイナス（陰性）であった・・

1月20日夜。
私は今回のPCR検査結果票を手にした。

I decided to do "PCR inspection" independently.

PCR is inspected for this article as for the saliva gathered from the hospital clinic on January 19 on at least the 20th and the result is faxed to the clinic on the night of the same day.
