今年も"蒸し風呂"の様な日本の真夏日。

コロナ対策の為のマスクを着用しての外出は
かなり厳しく感じています。

2020年の今年の夏をどうお過ごしでしょうか？

8月の第1の水曜日に，
またもや"ミステイク"を冒してしまいました！

未だに何か作業をする度，
患部に当たり"悲鳴"をあげている始末です！

本来ならば"菜切包丁"でカットしていれば
事故(怪我)にならずに済んだ筈です。

今回は薬指(第四指)の損傷でした。

大きくて堅くて新鮮なたまねぎを
"小出刃"?!で輪切りしている最中，
第四指をカットしてしまいました！!

こういう感覚って・・
経験した方しかご理解頂けない世界だと思います。

つまり"やっちまった!！"です。

"時間"を"怪我や事故の直前に巻き戻したい"んですが，
無理だから事故処理をどうすれば
よいか・・傷む身体で猛烈に考える・・・w。

車の事故とか，
二輪，自転車，アスリートでも怪我はつきものですが，
"この感覚"！！嬉しい感じじゃぁ・・全然ない！

怪我の前に"出刃"で肉を裂いていたのですが，
"菜切包丁"に切り替えるのが面倒くさくなって
ついそのまま"出刃"で堅くて滑る野菜を輪切りにしようとしたのです。

結構"派手"に切ってしまいました！
(包丁は砥石で定期的に研いでいるので，それなりに切れます)
今回もまた皮膚の土台である真皮（しんぴ)成分が露出してしまいました。
左手から肩にかけて，痺れが生じて，どうしたらよいかと迷いました。

当日は"止血"がそれなりに上手く行ったので，
調理？は続行し"計画通り"に焼き物を継続しました！
(半分ヤケクソだったかも知れませんが・・・ｗ)

下の白い真皮が傷の部分から覗き傷自体が開き気味になっていました。

あくまで経験上での判断になってしまいますが，
翌日(6日)の木曜日は日本の"クリニック"は休日が多いという事と
今回は自力で解決出来るのではと咄嗟に判断して2週間経過した現在も診療を受けていません。

けれども2.3年程前の左手の"親指の損傷"は
今回より遙かに酷かったです。

そんな過去を繰り返してゆくと
"傷"に鈍感になってきてしまっているのでしょうか？

"なす"の油炒めをする際に，3本のなすを半分に全て縦に切り，表面を
格子状に刃物を入れていたのですが，スピードを上げすぎてしまったせいか，
菜切り包丁を使用していながら，親指を"なす"と同じくらいにまで深く切ってしまったのです。

"親指"の時は土曜日に損傷し，
状態が良くならない為に翌週の月曜に会社を欠勤して
慌てて形成外科へ受診したのですが，
ドクターに厳しく叱咤されました。

(あの怪我は)受傷して2～3日が経過しており，
すでにかなり化膿しており，縫合する事は不可能と言われました。
損傷部位は将来元通りにはならないと断定されてしまった程です。

楽器（ギター)も弾けなくなるだろうと予測された程でした。↓Dr.の"結論"が凄く悔しかった！
この動画は2年前の親指の怪我をして10日以内の"素手"での"一発勝負"の演奏録画です。
客観的に今思うと"秋"まで我慢して演奏すれば
もっと良いテイクで演奏出来た筈ですが，自分は"抑えきれなかった"様子ですね。6弦のベース音もしっかり押さえる事が出来ずに凄まじい痛みで頭が痺れ，朦朧とした中で記憶した楽曲を演奏した筈です。この1回の演奏で傷の治りがいっそう遅れてしまいました。演奏後は傷が裂け止血するのに骨が折れました・・。もっと大変なライブはたくさん経験してきたつもりですが・・・
個人的には後半部(画像が青色に変色)は"痛みの限界"にかなり近い状態となり
麻痺が生じ意識が朦朧としていましたが演奏は無事一応終える事ができている様子です。
2年後の今の私が改めて観れば，こんな無茶な事は決してしないと思っています。

・・・皮膚の土台である真皮成分は完全に切断されており，
切り傷は大きく紡錘形に開いており、皮下脂肪(黄色)および
筋肉(赤色)が露出してしまう程，深い傷を負ってしまったという過去歴があります。
(遺伝に感謝しますが，2ヶ月後にほぼ全快しました!。但し今でもその"部位"に違和感と
痛みが走る事はありますが，楽器演奏は現在殆ど支障ありません。)

私の場合は，料理といっても
手の込んだものは作れません。
10代の学生さんも同じように若い方ならば，
誰でも簡単に作れるようなものばかりです。

但し私の料理に対するコンセプトはその料理の極限の"スピード"を求めています。
その執着心は相当なものです。

例えば私の大好きな中華料理は厨房が"戦場"と"格闘"の場です。

"焼き物"="焼き肉"になるとその"ピーク"に達します！w。

"ゲスト"="相手を待たせる"滑稽さは嫌なんですw。
格好ばかりの"BBQ"程"寒い"ものってないですよね？w。

酒ばっかり飲んでいて，
いつになったら食べれるんだろう？みたいなｗ。

"焼き主"なんて言葉はないと思いますが，野菜はちょっと待って！

でも肉は"私が舵を握ったら"10分以上待たせたくないですね。

けれども本来ならば，じっくり煮込んだ"肉じゃが"や
シチュー等，そうしたおいしい料理の出来る方（女性)は
心から尊敬に値しますし惚れ惚れします。

そんな料理も作れる
私にとって男性も然り，です。

今回の傷は，
まる一週間経過しますが，
"一進一退"です。

化膿はしていない様子ですが，
"自己管理"を怠っていると"化膿"しそうです。

"治療"するなら左手を使わない事が先決ですが，
こうして文字をタイピングしたり，色々と作業する上で
２本の腕と手しかありませんから，この怪我に当たると
悲鳴を上げています！

また相当悪化してから，形成外科の先生の所に行けば，
必ず"叱咤"されそうなので，それは出来るだけ避けたい。

男性の方で料理をなさる方も大勢いらっしゃると思いますが，
私のような"ヘマ"を繰り返す方はあまりおられないかと存じますが，
くれぐれも"道具"="包丁"選びも念頭に調理して頂ければと思っております。

【P.S...】
2週間後・・ほぼ完全に指の怪我は復旧しました！
"自身"の遺伝的要素に深く感謝しています。
しかし，怪我は専門医に診せる事が賢明な措置と確信しています。
どうか私の様な真似は出来るだけなさらないで欲しいですね！?！

【補足説明】
切り傷の応急措置策としては，形成外科がオープンしている時間へ向かって，
(夜中であれば翌朝，日中であれば当日）水で十分に患部を洗い流した上，
”サランラップ"で患部を被って下さい。怪我から治療へのタイムラグがある
場合は頻繁に水での洗浄とラッピングを繰り返して下さい。
これが都市部での"切り傷"における最善策です。保湿に努めて下さい！

The injury of the finger was recovered almost completely.
"has deeply expressed gratitude for the hereditary component of".
