日本の皆さんは
今年のこの暑いお盆休み（大型連休）
いかがお過ごしでしたか？

いやぁ，休みはあっという間に過ぎて
しまいますね。

明日からまた仕事だと思うと，
私の様にため息ついている
方も結構いらっしゃるのでは？・・ｗ。

でもサービス業の方や飲料業界の方は
繁忙期で連休の無かった方もおられるでしょうし，
そんな気分はｗちょっと
贅沢？なため息かも知れないですよね。

私は実は夏風邪をこじらせてしまって，
遠出しませんでした・・。今一つ活発に
動けませんでした。

先週の金曜日夜から翌日まで
親友の処で宅飲みさせて頂いて，
ずっと疲れが溜まっていたせいか，
そのあとのOFF日は
ずっと咳が止まらず喉痛く，
カゼが一向に直りません。

食欲もあまりなかったせいか，
”そば”ばかり茹でて喰っていました！ｗ。
あとナスの料理とか作って，
煮浸しとかチャレンジ
してみました。

でも連休途中のディナーは，
親友ご夫婦にお呼ばれされて，
誕生日をお祝いして頂いて，
ステーキを御馳走になりました。

食欲なかった癖に
300グラムのステーキは最高に美味しかった！。

あと，昨日の土曜の夜は
自宅のベランダで焼き鳥焼いて喰いました。
遠火の遠赤外線チャレンジして，
今回は冷凍品だったけれど，焼いてみたら
思った以上に美味しかった。

and Tiredness had collected for a long time.
the cough did not stop for a long time and neither the throat pain nor the cold are repaired
at all on the turning off day after that.
There was not so much appetite either.
Only "Buckwheat noodle"="soba"was boiled and there was.

Stewing challenged making the dish of the eggplant.
It was called by the best friend married couple,
and a dinner however consecutive holidays
on the way was congratulated the birthday, and ..steak.. feasted.
To the habit that is not the appetite
The steak of "300g" was delicious highest.

On the night of Saturday in yesterday
The "yakitori" scorch was and had in the veranda at home.
The far-infrared radiation of Tooca challenges.
It was delicious this time though it was frozen goods if it burnt more than thinking.
