令和元年12月の初旬に
無事に日本での自動車の車検が終わりました。

今回は思わぬアクシデントがあって，
リアのテール部を改造しLed化し
サードパーティ製のスモーク仕様であったため，
保安基準を満たしていない(暗すぎる)と指摘されました。

The car inspection of the car in Japan ended safely
in the first ten days on December, year of Reiwa-First year.

It was pointed out that there was an unexpected accident this time,
a rear tail was remodeled,
it made to Led, and the security standard was not filled because
it was a smoke specification made by the third party (It's too dark).

車検の依頼をしていた"ディーラー"受け渡し日の当日になって，
"自力"で"純正品"のテールにチェンジするというハプニングがありました。
There was the happening of changing to the tail
of "Pure goods" by "For oneself" on that day
of "Dealer" delivery day when the car inspection was requested.

どうにか，車検が通過してくれて何よりです。
When growing dark passage Shite,
the car inspection is above all somehow.

あれからいつの間に"車も自分"も
1ヶ月以上経っていましたw。
That one month or more has passed
from that between Itsuno as for "The car is myself"w.

車検前の状態(改造車両)
に車体を復元し直したり，
別の改造を始めたりしていますが，
今回の車検でのディーラーの"納品請求書"を
最近になってようやく"読み"ましたw。
That is "Reading" at last ..
the restoration do over again worth the state (remodeling vehicle) before
the car inspection it as for the body, worth including another remodeling..
..dealer's "Delivered bill" in this car inspection.. ....recent.. becoming...w.

書類の内容は
私にとっては後付け=確認となります。
The content of the document becomes post-put=confirmation for me.

車検が通過してからも数十回はエンジンルームを
観たり，車高を上げて"素潜り"して車体の裏側を
仰向けになって観たりしているので
"整備の内訳"の書類を
改めて見直す必要もないと感じていました。
The car inspection saw the engine room from passage Shite tens of times.
It was felt that height was raised and it became supine or the other side of "skin diving"
Shite body did not have to be reviewed renewing the document of "Breakdown of maintenance".

去年の車検前のディスカッション=口頭では整備担当の
チーフの方からの説明は全部記憶しています。
All explanations from the chief in charge
of maintenance are memorized in discussion=oral before last year's car inspection.

自動車の車検は過去，
人生で10数回はあったかと思いますが，
今回はかなり満足ゆくものでした。
It was the one this time to satisfy considerably
and to go though it thought the car inspection
of the car to be ten-odd times in the life in the past.

エンジンルームを開ければすぐに分かります。
自分の手が入っていなかった箇所に
きちんとエンジニアのひとの手が
細かい箇所まで入っていました。
If the engine room is opened,
it understands at once.
It was in the part in which I did not have the hand to
the part where engineer's person's hand was neatly detailed.

"納品請求書"の整備の内訳の内容と
総てが"合致"していました。
The content and all of the breakdown
of the maintenance of "Delivered bill" did "Agreement".

今回の整備エンジニアの方はとても好感のおける
方でしたね。車検前にその方とかなり"談話"しました。
This maintenance engineer had been to be able to have put good feeling very much!
It was that and "Conversation" had been done before the car inspection.

確かに・・ディーラーでの車検は
コスト的に割高な感じは否めません。
おそらく世界一でしょうw。
Certainly ‥ Expensive feeling cannot be spurned
in the car inspection in the dealer cost.
Do good in the world perhaps and is it? w.

安い車検は日本でも最近増えました。
"価格競争"は悪いことではありませんが，
"信用性"や"信頼性"はどうでしょうか？
The car inspection of cheapness increased also in Japan recently.
How about "Confidence"
and "Reliability" though "Price competition" is not bad?

私があえて"ディーラー"に委ねているのは，
1.　部品調達(サプライ力)の迅速性と正確さ
2.　カルテ(続けて修理や車検を通していれば
車体の過去歴がデータベース化されている）が存在すること
3.　そして整備そのものの"保証"力です。

My daring to have been entrusting it to "Dealer"
NO1.Promptness and accuracy of part procurement (supply power)
NO2.The clinical record (If the repair and the car inspection are 　　　　　　　 continuously passed,
a past history of the body is made a data base) must exist.
NO3.And, it's "Guarantee" power of maintenance.

以上この3点で，
安い店を選ばずに，
私は"高い金"を払っています。
ある程度は私は車には精通しているつもりです。
I'm paying "High money" without choosing the cheap shop by these three points above.
I will be well versed in the car to some degree.

内訳のスキャン画像を掲載します。
"タイトル"通りの内容となりますが，不思議なことに世の中，
車検の明細の内訳をアップしている方はとても少ないですね。
The scanning image of the breakdown is published.
It's very less to have improved the breakdown
of details of the world and the car inspection mysteriously
though it becomes a content the same as "Title".

個人情報や車体番号，
ディーラー支店名や口座等は
画像を一部，改ざん=打ち消し="マスキング"させて頂きました。
As for individual information,
the serial numbers on the body,
the dealer branch name, and the account, etc.
the image falsified partially=was denied and "Masking =" had it.

NAシステム(即ち自然吸気)の
コンパクトカーの走行距離10万キロ弱の
車検の，おおむねの値段となります。
It becomes a price in other Japan
of the car inspection of the mileage 100,000 km or less
of a compact car of the NA system (That is, natural inspired air).

これを高いと思うか安い？と思うか，
この明細書は，
なんのことだかさっぱり訳分からないと思うかですよねw。

日頃メインテナンスフリーなドライバーで，
ボンネットを開けたこともないような方だと，
当然，全部がディーラー任せとなります。
Naturally, it's not to have opened the hood by a free driver to always maintain,
the dealer ..leaving.. becomes becoming of all.

"丸投げ"です。
It is ,in a word,
"leaving all the decision-making to somebody else"..

この値段では済まなくなるかもしれません。
さらに数万円はオーバーになる可能性はあると思います。
It's likely to become sorry in this price.
In addition, I think tens of thousands
of "Yen" for the possibility of becoming exaggerated to exist.

私はたぶん，ディーラーからみると
やっかいなお客の部類かも知れません。
いや，厄介者だと思いますW。
When I see from the dealer maybe,
I might be a class of a troublesome guest.
YES, W thought that it's a troublesome person.

でも良いおつきあいをさせて頂いている?つもりですw。
However, will good association be done? Accumulated w.

少排気量車（軽ワゴンやハイブリット・カーなど)に
おいてもメインテナンスは他人に全部お任せの方は日本人は
大勢おられるでしょう。
There will be up to others maintenance
and many leaving have all Japanese
in the small displacement car (light wagon and hybrid car, etc.).

過給器(ターボ)搭載車になれば，維持費は当然
私のシェアする金額では絶対収まりません。
The maintenance expense is never installed in the amount
of money that I share naturally if becoming a car equipped
with the supercharging machine (turbo).

別記事で詳細を述べていますが，
ドライバーひとりひとりの
"意識"="認識不足の問題"="意識の低下"は
車の"維持費"=金額に比例しているのだと思います。
I think that do the proportion
of "Twilight state "Problem of ignorance"="Consciousness"="driver individual
to "Maintenance expense"=amount of money of the car
though it presents specifics in a thing mentioned elsewhere.

つまり"車体"そのものにたいしての
"愛情"や意識の低さは，全部他人任せの
"丸投げ"→"お金で解決しようという"="支払いの高騰"へとつながってゆきます。
In a word,
all low degrees of "Love" to "Body" and the consciousness .."
"leaving all the decision-making to somebody else"
are connected with sudden rise of "="payment of solving it by "→" money about the others leaving".

そのことは特にヨーロッパ諸国の
"車事情"を知れば分かるでしょう。
If it especially knows "Car circumstances"
in European nations, that might be understood.

どのアジア諸国もアメリカという各州を観ても，車だけでなく
日本人はどうやら相当に"他人"任せだということが分かってくる筈です。
Even if any Asian nations see each state named the United States,
it's sure to be understood that not only the car but also the Japanese leaves
"Others" apparently considerably.

私は所有しておりませんがw，
クルーザーやヨットの維持費や経費も
日本と外国とは偉い格差があります。
I do not own and the maintenance expense
and the expenditure of w, the cabin cruiser,
and the yacht also have a great difference with Japan and the foreign country.

"金"を払ってるんだから自分は一切関係ないし，
何も知らないという・・かなり妙な"タッチ感覚"です。
でも実際車体を運転して"タッチ"=触れているのはドライバーである"自分自身"です。
I am unrelated at all,
and do not know anything because I pay "Money" ‥
It's considerably strange "Touch sense"
However, it is "Oneself" "Touch"=to touch by actually driving the body who is the driver

車という存在を"ぞんざい"に扱わず，
他人任せにしないという意識は，
維持費を必ず下げます。
The consciousness of not making existence of car not treat,
and leave others to "" reduces the maintenance expense without fail.

今回の車検の整備でよかった部分は，
ウマ（リジットラック）だけではなかなか行えない，
シャーシ部のスチーム洗浄＆下廻りの防錆塗装（ブラック)を施行して頂いた点，
自力でやると道具も必要で面倒くさい，オルタネーター（発電機)部の
ベルト交換(経年劣化による亀裂)等々，各要所の押さえの効いた"フル整備"でした。
Good part in maintenance of this car inspection was "Full maintenance"
that suppression of each key point of belt exchange (crack by aging) in alternator (dynamo) part where
tool was necessary and troublesome etc.
is effective when doing point and for oneself by enforcement
of rust prevention painting of steam washing & falling below of chassis that was not able
to be done only by horse (Rigid rack) in Japanese nickname easily (Braque)

車体の"液体"関係もほとんど，
交換してもらいました。
"Liquid" relations of the body were almost exchanged.

防錆塗装に関しても，
かなりしっかり丁寧に厚塗りされていると
車体の下で仰向けに寝そべっていて強く感じましたねw。
（クリアーか黒か2選択でしたが私は黒をお願いしました）
It lies down on turning up under the body when coated considerably firmly politely for
the rust prevention painting and sleep w felt strong.
(I asked for the black though they were two selections ..clearing or the black... )

若い頃は，タイアのローテーションや
エンジンオイルは自分で交換していましたが，
最近はディーラー任せです。
いずれも車が好きでないとアマチュアにとっては時間が
それなりにかかる作業です。
The dealer leaves it recently though the rotation and the engine oil
of the tire had been exchanged by himself when it is young.
Neither is work that it takes time as such for the amateur if it doesn't like cars.

フィルター交換も道具がいるし，
ガスケットとの噛み合わせが悪いと，
プロでもオイルが滴る（したたる)ケースはなきにしもあらずです。
The filter exchange is the tool,
and when engaging with Gasquet is bad,
doesn't have the mother-of-pearl that not is either even by
the professional by the case where oil drips either.
