“Goodyear”=”グッドイヤー”社-ベクターオールシーズンタイヤ-Vector 4Seasons Hybrid-195/50/R16/84H-再び!!
先日お話しましたが，
車の左の前輪の側面（サイドウォール）を
縁石で"かんな"のように擦ってしまいまして，これはさすがに
"やばい”なと思って思い切って4本全部交換する事にしました。
もう3年履いていたタイヤであったので溝はあってもそろそろ交換
の時期に差し掛かっていました。
中南米あたりから海を渡ってゆっくり
輸入されてくる"タイヤメーカー"かと思っていましたら，
そんな事はなく，近年ではグッドイヤーはTOYOTA系列の会社から
サプライされているそうです。(さすがにメイド・イン・ジャパンと
いうことはないと思うのですが・・）
9月13日の日曜日の朝一番の午前10時から作業開始との事でした。
携帯にタイヤ入荷の連絡があって，調度一週間目です。
10分前には受付を済ませてくださいとの事で，
9時50分前にちゃんと行きましたよ！ｗ。
今回タイヤ交換した店はディーラーではなくて
民間の"James"というTOYOTA系列のカーショップなのですが，
Jamesは個人的にかなり評価しているお店です。
湘南界隈では鎌倉市にはなく藤沢市にあります。
まず店員の対応が素晴らしい。スタッフは
きちんとした挨拶が出来ます（これが一番大事ですｗ。最近の
ディーラーも見習って欲しい。）
それと若い女性でも車にとても詳しい。
（企業のOJTもしっかりしてそう。）
あえて苦言を述べるなら・・そうですね，
営業時間が比較的短いという点だけです。
あと光り物や車内インテリアなどのグッツ販売には
あまり力を入れている感じはしません。
（その点はオートバックスにはかななわないかもしれません。）
入庫してから作業は最低1時間以上は掛かるだろうなと計算していましたが，
なんと終了時間は40分！！タイヤ4本（ホイールからの脱着を含む）で
このスピードはプロの世界は当たり前なのでしょうか？！
道具も良いものがもちろん揃っていますけれど，
やっぱりプロは手際がいいわ！!
整備の方のスタッフ陣営もこれは会社の方針なのか，
ワン・ステップの工程ごとに声を掛け合っています。
メインは一人のひとが整備するのかもしれませんが，
無言でただ作業を進めるのではなく，スタッフ全体で個々の
進捗を把握しあう事にも努めているなと感じました。
仕事というものは
どんな業種でも"自分を棚に上げて"実は相手の問題点や課題点は
目につきやすいものですww。
そこを逆手に取りスタッフの安全性や
仕事そのものの質を向上させるという点において感心いたしました。
Jamesという日本のカーショップは良いと思います。
余談ですが，今回は奇妙な保険にも加入しました。
掛け捨ての3年保証です。
これはタイヤがパンクした際に無料で保証しますよという保険です。
安かったので加入しました。
確かに私の場合は，日々の通勤でも42号線という産業道路を何十㎞も南北に横断しています。
産業廃物を搭載したトラックからこぼれ落ちた釘が垂直に伸びた木の板が無造作に転がっていたり，
落とされたブロックや重そうな石が道路に転がっていたりしている。
前方の多くの車が慌てて車線変更しだすと障害物が転がっているという悪路を走行しています。
タイヤのバーストはおろか，車両事故にも繋がる程の存在なので，
"パンク"保険も悪くないと思い加入してみました。
ただ，約款(規約?)は読んでません。
保証の制限事項は多いとは思っています。
James以外でも民間の"タイヤ館"ではパンクしたら4本全部交換サービスの販促展開も
行っているようです。
前回と同じタイヤを履いて目新しい感動はありませんが，
2.3日後から少しずつ，急加速や高速でのフィーリングが確実に向上していると体感できました。

3年以上前のタイヤと新品のタイヤとでは全く同じ種類のタイヤでも
これだけ違います。

一般走行で普通車に乗っている方であればあまりシビアになっても
意味のないことかもしれませんが，
今回の私のようなサイド=側面の衝突した際は専門業者に見せるなり，
事故を未然に防ぐように，くれぐれもお気をつけください。

James is a shop considerably personally evaluated though the shop that exchanged tires is a car shop
of the TOYOTA sequence "James" that is not a dealer but private this time.
It is not in Kamakura City in the vicinity of Shonan but exists in the Fujisawa city.
First of all, the clerk's correspondence is wonderful.
The staff is very well informed about the car even of it to be able to do a tidy greeting
(This is w ..the most important.. .
It wants you ..dealer these days.. to learn it) and a young woman.
(OJT of the enterprise is steady and so. )
Especially..candid advice..describe..business hours..comparatively..short..respect.
It is not felt that it makes efforts too much in the goods sales of the interior in the shine thing and the car etc.
(For instance, the commodity of "Autobacs" might be abundant. )
End time how is natural the professional world that will not hang one hour
or more though calculated by 40 four (Include detaching from the wheel) ..minute.. tires?
this speed work after of the stock!!
After all, the professional wants workmanship though the one
with a good tool becomes complete of course.
Is this a corporate policy in the staff camp in maintenance or the voice of each step of one - step negotiates.
It was felt that do not try not only proceeding work silently but also the grasp
of the entire staff of individual progress each other though one person might maintain the main.
"I am raised to the shelf" the truth is ..work.. ww
in any type of business that ..one to be noticeable of other party's problem and problem point easily.. has it.
It felt admiration in the point of improving the quality
of safety and the work of the taking staff to the inverted hand ..there...
I think that the car shop in Japan named James is good.
It joined strange insurance this time though it was a bytalk.
It is a guarantee for three years of the multiplication throwing away.
This is insurance said the free guarantee when having tire punctured.
It joined because it was cheap.
It runs in the bad road that the obstacle is rolling when Commuting of every day certainly crosses
the T-type highway of the 42nd line to the south north for me at tens of ㎞.
casually the board of the tree that spills from the track where an industrial useless article was mounted
and expands the dropping nail vertically lies, it is lying, a dropped block and a stone that seems
to be heavy are lying in the road or it begins to change the lane as a lot of cars forward panic.
