【この調理法に"私が辿り着くまで"のいきさつ】

この調理法(焼き肉)をはじめたのは一昨年の夏頃からです。
世界的パンデミックの生じた"コロナウィルス"感染の話など
全くなかった頃です。

私は魚介類の生・・
つまり"刺身"や生の"牡蠣"も大好物ですが,
"焼き肉"もそれと同じくらい,もう大好物です。

魚介類も肉も野菜も本当においしくなるからです!
ただ,好きなだけあって"焼き方"にはかなりうるさいです。

ステーキなら兎も角"フライパン"="グリル"では全く満足出来ません。
"焼き肉"の真骨頂はまずは"直火"である事,次は"遠火"である事です。

さらにその2点を"柱"に"炭火"での調理が"究極"であると思ってます。

知人で"凄いひと"がいます。

自宅の庭で,ベランダで,
家族が留守の時?や
一人で"孤独?なw時でも"炭"を最初からおこし,焼き鳥や焼き物を
たった一人でも楽しんでる"猛者"です!!

私はその"猛者"の話しを聞く時"涎”が出てしまいw,
凄いなぁといつも思っていたのですが,自分の場合は

現実的に"普段"は無理※だと感じていたのでした。

※"普段"は無理でもキャンプなどで数日の間,野外に常駐するのであれば,しっかり"炭"をおこし,毎晩"焼き物"を楽しむ事が出来ます。
それだけの道具は多く所有していますが,私のニーズというのは平日でさえ,仕事で疲れて帰ってきても,気が向いたら"いつでも"即座に"焼き肉"が出来ないものかと思っていたのです!

そんな事を長年考えながら"月日"が経っていました!
それでも"我慢"出来ず,自分にとって"プレミアム日"とし,
一年で数度は本格的な"炭火"焼き肉を自宅で行っていました。
でもその"回数"にとても不満だったのです!
↓全く同じものを使用してきました!私の所有しているものはかなり古くて"さび付いて"いますが,丈夫です!

ある時,偶然,

"食"や”調理"や"酒"に関する造詣は半端でない程に深くて,凄くて,
”味"を追求なさっているそのご姿勢は,
私にとって目眩がする程に"惚れ惚れ"とするものでした。
"居酒屋料理や外食肉料理"を自宅でほぼ再現してしまうノウハウの
詰まったブログなのです!!!

例えば日本の"焼き鳥"に関しては"HIKARU"さんご自身は,
なんとキッチンのガスコンロに※耐火ブロックを立て,

私はその記事を読んでとても感動し,
これだ!!!と確信しました!

ただ"HIKARU"さんの"食"の追求は私のような者にとっては
"極み"であり,
"孤高"であって,
"焼き鳥"ひとつにとっても,
自分にとって"出来ない"ことだらけでした!

じゃぁ?自分に出来ることとは?!

そう,キーワードは"直火"と"遠火"でした!

"家族"に相談してみました!
キッチンの"都市型ガス式コンロ"で"直火"で焼き肉がしたいと・・。

"一発"で却下"="反対"でした!W。

家族の了解を得る事は"前科"があり,
自分の"過去歴"からまず・・"無理"・・。

"掃除"や"後片付け"には疎い自分にとって仕方の無い事でした。

酒に酔ってやりたい放題に肉やら野菜を直火で焼いた日には
台所は"修羅場"になると思ったのでしょう。

悔しくてw何日か・・悩みました!w。

自宅で,これはもう,もの凄い速度で
本格的な"焼き物"を出来ないものか?!

悩んだ末,

これだったら,
屋外(ベランダ)でやれば,汚すのは最小限で済む。

気が向けば,もう最高に楽しんでいます。
ほんとに,その"味"は,おいしいですよ!!
