父の遺品の中に
マキタ製の壊れた
インパクトドライバがありました。
亡くなった直後は動いていたのですが、
丁度"初七日"くらいが経って全く動かなくなりました。
なんだかとても寂しい気持ちになったので
自力で修理出来ないものかと分解してみました。

木工職人であった父は生前、
"このインパクトドライバ(M694D)は何処かがおかしい"
と呟いていたことも想い出しました！

近年、父よりは多少、私は電気関連に詳しくなっているので
テスターを当てると"スイッチ部"が通電していません！

少しスイッチを押すとledだけがかろうじて点滅します。
"モーター焼け"もない様子。

スイッチ部をよく観るとこれは"企業秘密"のパーツ？
"ブラックボックス"状態です。

工具店で修理依頼すれば済むのですが、
あくまでも自力で直したい思いが募ります。
WEB上でパーツを探しても一向にヒットしません。諦めかけていた処、
ついにマキタの工具のパーツをネット販売している
お店を発見。"マキタショップカメカメ"!!

すぐに入金を済ますと同じ週にパーツが到着。

早速組み上げた処、新品と思えるくらいに元気になりました。
少し作業で面倒だったのは、モータ部の平行端子部。

一度、手持ちのパーツで処理しようとしましたが上手く
マウント出来ずに純正の端子と有線をはんだ付けした点です。

M694D用のスイッチユニットをとても安く販売して
くれていました！問い合わせフォームにお礼のメールを
送るほどに嬉しかった。他、先端部のギアケース機械部には
AZ(エーゼット) 社の
極圧ニ硫化モリブデングリース 40g(K794）を注入。

モディファイが完全に終了しました。
末永く使いたい思いです。

There was an impact driver that it broke in father's articles left by the departed made by Makita.
"Seventh day after death" just passed and it did not move
at all though it moved for a while immediately after having died.

it resolved it because it had become very lonely feelings somehow.
Father who was the woodwork workman began to think

co's I'm more somewhat than father well informed about an electric relation in recent years.
Only led blinks barely when the switch is pushed a little.

There seems to be not "motor burnt=motor thermal overload" either.

It is whether these are parts of "Trade secret" when the switch is often seen "Black Box" state.
The desire that wants to mend to the last for oneself grows stronger though it ends
if the repair request is done in the tool shop.
It doesn't become a hit at all even if looking for parts on WEB.
The conduct oneself that started being given up and parts of the tool
of Makita are finally discovered and the shop that sells the net is discovered.

Parts arrive on the same week when payment is finished at once.

It became energetic be able to think the conduct oneself and the new article immediately assembled.
